dné releases soundtrack to 'Nothing Like Before'
Prague-based musician dné has scored his first film, 'Nothing Like Before' for HBO, directed by Lukas Kokes and Klara Tasovska. The film portrays Teo, Renata, Anicka, and Nikola at a time when looming adulthood is beginning to cast an anxious shadow over their carefree high school existence. Each of them faces a momentous challenge whose outcome will change their life forever. Following the release of the film, dné has released his score as an album. Though soundtrack like in tone and texture, the album comprises a collection of electronic, stand-alone pieces featuring captivating Prophet 6 synth and electric guitar.
