Anna Phoebe Signs to Faber Alt.
We’re excited to announce the signing of composer, producer, performer and broadcaster Anna Phoebe.
Anna’s work exists at the intersection of classical, electronic, and experimental music. Renowned for her visceral, violin-led soundscapes, she crafts bold, emotionally charged works that balance raw human energy with cutting-edge sonic exploration.
Since 2023, Anna has been collaborating with DJ Mary Anne Hobbs, where their debut performance took place at TATE Britain’s re-launch in 2023, and was described as a ‘living artwork’. More recently, she featured alongside Anna Calvi, Jarvis Cocker, Rufus Wainwright, Beth Orton, Ed Harcourt and others for a performance to celebrate the release of Broken English, a film about Marianne Faithfull.
At the end of 2025 Anna released her latest album, Divergence - an anthology of sonic explorations rooted in the human experience resulting in a deeply personal reflection on mortality, memory, and spiritual transformation.
This year, Anna will be working on her third solo album, where she explores her Greek/Levantine heritage. She’ll also be touring this spring with a performance at the Minack Theatre in Cornwall on 1st May.
“I’m delighted to be joining the publishing roster at Faber Alt. From our very first conversation, Lucy Holliday and I established an immediate creative connection – I feel incredibly lucky to now have her as a trusted sounding board and a source of support as I continue to develop my work. It makes Faber Alt. feel like a natural home for the next stage of my career as both an artist and composer.”

“It is a great pleasure to sign Anna Phoebe to our Faber Alt. publishing roster. Anna is one of the most accomplished musicians I’ve ever met, with an innate talent and infectious enthusiasm for all things creative. Right from the start we had a connection, and as she’s someone who rarely stands still, it’s exciting to be part of her journey.”
