Stick in the Wheel Release Mixtape 'This and the Memory of This'

Following the recent success of their critically acclaimed album ‘Follow Them True’ (2018), East-London based folk band Stick in the Wheel have released ‘This and the Memory of This’, a 10-track mixtape-album which “maps the landscape of today”.

‘This and the Memory of This’ features collaborations with artists including Lisa Knapp, Om Unit and Anna Roberts-Gevalt, plus a new live recording of the single ‘Follow Them True’. The tracks are sketches of, and experiments with, traditional and new material. This collection of new work explores a collaborative and spontaneous approach, yet adheres to the band’s philosophy, illustrating their unique approach to tradition.
